The chocolate chip cookie is a simple classic. Flour, sugar, butter, egg, baking powder, chocolate chips…all chocolate chip cookies have the same ingredients and yet the variety in texture, taste, and bake is astounding. A chocolate chip cookie can be soft and chewy, thin and crispy, extra chocolatey, cakey, thick and dense, a little salty, or sweet, sweet, sweet. And while the chocolate chip cookie is much loved, we’d be hard-pressed to find a room of even five individuals who share the same preferences for their cookies. Everyone claims theirs is the best.

We won’t claim to have the BEST chocolate chip cookie out there – that’s just nonsense. Chocolate chip cookie preference is subjective and nostalgic. And the thing is, we’re ok with that “best” title. We know that our cookie is a match for many of you, and all we want is for our chocolate chip cookies to be enjoyed. They deserve to be appreciated and valued for their unique qualities. Some cookies claim to be the end all be all, but we understand that different scenarios/preferences call for different chocolate chip cookie varieties. But we thought we’d let the cookies speak for themselves and you can judge if they’re a good fit for you.
